Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClientFalcon and related BizFalcon AI products and websites (the "Service"), operated by BizFalcon AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ClientFalcon provides agency-grade marketing reporting and AI-generated insights over the ad and analytics data you connect. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
• Refunds. If the Service does not work for you, email us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full — no explanation required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same account where the Service has been used in volume, but the default answer is yes.
• We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law, infringing rights, attempting to breach security, reselling without authorization, or using the Service to process data you have no right to access.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g. Shopify, Meta, Google), your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. You are responsible for having the rights to connect and analyze that data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the underlying BizFalcon Analyst engine, is owned by BizFalcon AI. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Output: information, not advice

The Service produces analysis and recommendations from data you provide. Its output — both AI-generated insights and figures computed directly from your data — is information to inform your own decisions, and is not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Figures are computed from the data you supply and from assumptions the Service discloses; they may be incomplete or inaccurate if the underlying data is. AI-generated insights may additionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify before acting.

You are responsible for the business decisions you make and for their outcomes, including decisions taken in reliance on the Service's recommendations. Where the Service proposes an action, you decide whether to take it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizFalcon AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
